Terms & Conditions – We like happy clients!

  • Refunds – If you change your mind after you’ve paid your deposit we’ll gladly refund it to you in full (less up to 5% depending on your method of payment) if you notify us within 2 business days of your consultation.
  • Once production starts, a refund of the deposit is not possible, as this is a custom order. 
  • Payment methods accepted are direct bank transfer, credit or debit card.
  • Offers cannot be combined – only 1 would be applicable at a time.
  • As part of the fitting process, we will alter or remake any garment that requires it, as many times as required to achieve a satisfactory fit.
  • We will work to a 6 week to 1st fitting deadline, but cannot guarantee that, as some factors affecting timeline are beyond our control. 
  • The outstanding balance is payable at the final fitting, once you are totally satisfied.
  • Alterations required after you take possession would be your responsibility, unless they are a result of our workmanship.
  • Payment of the deposit is your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • BOTTOM LINE – we want you to be 100% satisfied with no reservations at any time during the whole process. You’ll find we are pretty reasonable in handling any issue that may come up.

PRIVACY – we only collect your email address on this site if you opt-in, and use it only as a means of contacting you in the manner you subscribed for. We do not share your email address with anybody, or use it for any other purpose.
